When I think super bowl, my mind immediately goes to nachos, tacos, and wings. There's just something about watching the big game with friends (even if I don't religiously keep up with football and have no idea what a bull rush is), where I can indulge in a full day of eating and drinking, giving my allegiance to one of the two teams (maybe neither of which I know anything about).

Here's what I found helps me keep my food (and guests) organized. I like setting up several tables that are dedicated to a few different types of food. This allows for guests to go up and create their own plates without having to reach over others.
1. The first table is specifically for flatware, plates, cups, and beverages. Set out canisters filled with ice that contain water and pink lemonade. I like adding sliced limes to the water and sliced lemons to the pink lemonade. Put a bucket with some ice and beer, and any mixers if you want to try out these fun beer mixed drink recipes.
2. The second table is dedicated to all things nacho and taco. It acts as a DIY nacho bar, where guests can create their own plates, lathering on as much nacho cheese and toppings as desired. And, since these toppings are so similar to tacos, you can provide a few different proteins for birria tacos, mushroom tacos for anyone who is vegetarian, or mini taco bites, if your guests don't want to commit to a full taco. Let's be honest, there are so many dishes, and your guests will be wanting to try them all.
3. The third table is one dedicated to comfort foods. Foods like this mouthwatering tater tot cheeseburger casserole, hearty pepperoni pizza sliders, cheesy potato skins, chili cheese dogs, anything jalapeño popper-related, and all of the chicken wing dishes your heart could desire.
4. And, lastly, but certainly not least, dessert. Adorable football cupcakes decorated in the colors of the two teams playing, a football-shaped cake to cut into, and tailgate hand pies that your guests can grab-and-go when they don't want to bother with flatware. Just remember to decorate with laces out.
